About Us
Anderson Bears is a nonprofit organization that creates handcrafted teddy bears connected to family made with a purpose. The bears help individuals overcome depression, anxiety, loneliness or loss. Each bear is handcrafted, is one-of-a-kind and receives a certificate of authenticity. Bears are created using loved ones clothing, to help support someone needing some help, or trying to overcome the loss of a baby. And some bears are simply just for fun! For each bear sold, a portion of the proceeds goes towards the "Legacy Love" program. A program that donates a Legacy Bear to senior citizens who are afflicted with depression, anxiety or loneliness.
The funds raised from this contest will go towards reaching as many deserving individuals as possible! From seniors to Gold Star Families to families who have had babies born sleeping and many, many more! We appreciate your support of our journey to comfort others through the love of an Anderson Bear!
