Hi my name is Penelope Lane Rich, I was one of Muffins pups rescued by AZK9 in April 2020. I was picked by my Tia Courtney specifically for my Mom and Dad. I lived in NYC for the first 4 years of my life with my kitty siblings but now we all live in sunny San Diego. I may be small (6.7lbs) but everyone at the dog beach says I have big dog energy because I love to chase the ball and even go in the water now!!
