Rules

Entries:

Each entry is a $5 fee.
Limit of ONE PET PER PHOTO entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet. We ask that no human faces be in the photo; if a human is present, their face must be out of the frame. Photos that do not follow these rules will be removed and will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
All breeds are welcome to enter.
All photos must be uploaded digitally; we cannot accept printed photos.
You must own the rights to any photo you submit. Photos copyrighted by another party are not eligible.
The Submissions Period starts at 10:00 AM (US Mountain Time) on Friday, April 24, 2026 and ends at 7:00 PM (US Mountain Time) on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
Any photograph that includes content deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by AZK9 Rescue in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. Winners are determined by the top 12 entries with the most votes. The same pet can only win once; attempts to secure two calendar spots by the same pet will not be permitted.

Voting:

Votes are $1 each with a five-vote minimum.
Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page through a secure payment portal.
Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
The Voting Period starts at 10:00 AM (US Mountain Time) on Friday, April 24, 2026 and ends at 7:00 PM (US Mountain Time) on Sunday, May 24, 2026.

The Fine Print:

By submitting a photo, you confirm that the image is your own original work, that you own all rights to it, and that it is not copyrighted by another party. By uploading, you grant AZK9 Rescue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your photo for the AZK9 Calendar fundraiser, including print publication, social media, and promotional materials. You retain ownership of your photo. If you submit an image copyrighted by another individual, you are solely responsible for any resulting legal action.
Calendars will be available to the general public in the Fall of 2026.
The photo you submit will be the image printed in the calendar.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AZK9 Rescue and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
