Biophilia Photo Contest: Notes on Nature

The E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center is a nonprofit educational organization nestled within the Nokuse Land Conservancy - a 56,000 acre conservation area for the endangered Longleaf Pine ecosystem. Our core mission is to educate the next generation on the importance of biodiversity, sustainability, and conservation. Each year, we engage over 6,500 students from the nearby counties in outdoor experiences, hands-on learning, and ambassador animal encounters. The Center is able to provide this program to local students for free because of generous donations from the public.

Prizes

The top three winners in each category will advance to a judged round, held at the Biophilia Center on January 24th. Announcement of the winners will be made that day and contestants are not required to be present.

The photo with the most votes overall will be professionally framed and hung in the Biophilia Center
.  Each 1st place winner of each category will receive a prize of up to $100 value.
