The Brooklyn Paws Foundation is a not for profit 501(c)(3) NO KILL rescue organization actively providing animal rescue, rehabilitation, TNR -animal control via trap and release, spay / neutering, fostering and placement of animals for adoption. The services are provided within New York State with a permanent location in Brooklyn where animals are housed and cared for until they are ready and available for adoption.

Our services are only possible and often limited by funding.

We are beyond grateful for all the support in any and all forms. We have rescued countless lives because of your help and we hope to continue this work for as long as possible and as long as it is necessary. 

Below is a video of one of our rescues in action.... All kittens in this video were rescued from a busy marina in Brooklyn. The mother cat was also trapped, and released after she was spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Some projects take longer than others, this one took us 2 years to complete due to the cat mom not willing to get trapped and continued to have multiple litters that we kept taking in and finding homes for, until...
FINALLY .... WE GOT HER!!!

The cat was retired from having more kitten,s and now lives a happy healthy life where the marina owner lets her come in and out of his showroom as she pleases. It takes a village to take care of these animals. 

These felines are some of the lucky ones.... but there is so much more work to be done.
