Lost and abandoned animals have nowhere to go in Buchanan County Iowa – we are going to change that when our shelter opens! Our supporters have done an amazing job with fundraising and grant writing which is getting us closer to our goal!

Please join us for our 2^nd annual Calendar Photo Contest to help us finish the interior work on our building!

The participant with the most votes/funds raised will have their photo featured on the front cover of the 2017 Buchanan County Animal Shelter Calendar!

The next 12 top vote recipients will be featured on a calendar month between January and December 2016!

All other entries will be featured in a collage on the back cover!

Want a guaranteed spot in the Calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. Your pet's photo will appear on the date of your choice.  Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay!  First come first serve!  Once a date has been reserve, it will no longer be available. This does not enter your pet in the contest.
