We encourage you to enter the contest with your favorite photo of your pet and a few words about your beloved. Then invite your family and friends to vote for your photo! The contest is open to anyone and you may enter your photo for only $20. Your photo entry does not have to be of an ITV rescue. We welcome photos of all small animals - beautiful and regal, silly and goofy, naughty and nice, rough and tumble, indoor snuggle bunnies and outdoor adventurers.

Voting is easy and fun and open to everyone. Votes are $1 each. Each dollar donated equals an equivalent number of votes. (A $5 donation equals 5 votes, a $10 donation equals 10 votes, etc.) A minimum donation of $5 is required to vote. Proceeds will benefit It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue and fund the expenses of our rescue, which are about $35,000/month. ITV is a 501(c)(3) charity, making all donations toward voting in the contest tax deductible. You can vote as often as you like during the contest. You can apply all your votes to one photo or vote for multiple photos during the contest.

For the best chance to win, be sure to spread the word about your dog's entry into the contest. Ask family and friends to go online and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE for your photo. You can use the sharing buttons that appear on your dog's photo page to share your photo entry with your Facebook, Instagram and Twitter followers. And you can email links to family and friends to encourage voting for your photo.

Contest begins Friday, February 1, 2019 at 8:00 am (CDT) and photo submissions are accepted through Sunday, March 3, 2018 at 11:59 pm (CDT). Voting opens on Monday, March 4, 2018 at 8:00 am (CDT) and voting ends on Monday, March 18 at 9:00 pm (CDT).
