Tiffanie is chow who was rescued by Heart Rescue Group. She was emaciated, limping, shaved and could barely stand up and weighed only 18lbs. After 3 months of fighting for her life and fighting a infection, she is all better and waiting for a new home to call her own. Please vote for my little fighter.
