Rules

Photos of dogs, cats, and other pets are accepted.
Your pet does NOT have to be a service dog or affiliated with Deafinitely Dogs to be eligible to enter the contest.
Photos may contain more than one pet, one of the two categories must be identified.
Photos must only contain pets (no people or wildlife).
Photos must feature pets owned by the photographer OR the entrant must have permission to submit the photo.
We reserve the right to decline publication of any photograph on the photo contest website for any reason.
Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest.
If submitting photos taken by a professional photographer, you MUST first obtain permission from the photographer.
All photos submitted become the property of Deafinitely Dogs to be used at its discretion for print and marketing purposes.
By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Deafinitely Dogs and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
