GER’s Rescue Pet Photo Contest Fundraiser

Gerda’s Equine Rescue is a 501©3 horse rescue in Southern Vermont that:

rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes mainly slaughter bound horses.
offers options for people needing to re-home their horses.
offers educational programs for the next generation of horse caretakers, the kids!
hosts free clinics and programs for horse owners in need; gelding and dental clinics and blanket bank.

Prizes

One winner will be chosen from each category based on votes. The winning pictures from each category will be posted on our website!

Photos of any rescue pet are accepted
Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Gerda’s Equine Rescue or live in Vermont to be eligible to enter the contest
Photos may contain more than one pet
Photos must be high-resolution (300 dpi or greater)
Photos must be full-color, no heavily filtered, edited or altered photos
Photos with professional photographer watermarks will not be eligible
Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest
Photos must receive at least 5 votes to be considered a winner in each category
All photos must be submitted online by 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
Photos may only be entered into one category but each person may enter multiple photos
