Rules

  1. Each photograph must include only Weimaraners and Weimaraner mixes. The contest is open to all Weimaraners, not only GLWR rescues. Please, no other dogs or humans allowed in the photos.
  2. Digital photographs must be at least 1500 x 1500 pixels. Lesser resolution cannot be used as they do not produce calendar-quality printed photos.
  3. Photos with red eyes or glowing eyes will not be accepted.
  4. Photos with dogs wearing training collars (e.g., choke, prong, shock collars) will not be accepted.
  5. Photos with dogs holding prey will not be accepted.
  6. Photographs may be color, black and white, or sepia toned. No other digital effects will be accepted. 
  7. No AI generated photos/alterations will be accepted.
  8. GLWR has final approval on all photos submitted.
  9. Submitted photographs become property of GLWR. GLWR reserves the right to crop, resize, or edit a photo if necessary.
  10. All digital photos must be uploaded (printed photos cannot be accepted).
  11. Photo submission must include:
    1. Name of Dog
    2. Owner's Name
    3. Owner's Email Address
    4. City and State/Province
    5. Text sharing something special about the dog in the photo.
  1. There is a $10 photo submission fee.
  2. Each vote costs $1.
