Contest Rules: Empower a Life, One Hoofbeat at a Time!

Eligibility:

Your entry photo may include one or more of the equine species with or without their owners.
The entry must be located within 50 miles of the Austin, Texas area to be eligible for entry.
Photos must be submitted by the legal owner or with the permission of the owner.
Entries must be able to stand for a photo session (no wild, feral, or untamed horses) and tolerate a backdrop and various props (ribbon, glitter, powder, etc.)

Photo Guidelines:

Photos must be well-lighted, in focus, full-color, and not heavily filtered, edited, or altered.
Watermarked/copyrighted professional photographs or computer-generated images will not be accepted.
Photos deemed offensive, indecent, or obscene will be removed from the contest.

Contest Period:

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
All online photo entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on Friday, March 15, 2024.
Online voting will begin at 12:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Saturday, March 16, 2024 and conclude at 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Ownership and Usage:

All photos submitted become the property of Chelsea Croissant Photography and H.E.L.P Center of Austin for calendar contest advertising purposes.

Calendar Selection:

The top 13 photo entries with the highest number of votes will be photographed and showcased in the 2025 calendar.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
If no response is received after three (3) business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
