Pet's Story or Bio
Henry showed up in our backyard in August of 2014. He was skinny and hungry but very loving and obviously used to be someone’s pet. After no luck in finding an owner, I reached out to my sister who was a volunteer for a pet rescue in the Madison area. She took him in and found that he had an overactive thyroid that needed to be removed and also had a lot of pain in his teeth. She nursed him back to health and took care of him for 9 months. During these 9 months one of our cats passed away. I found Kindred Kitties while looking to adopt an adult cat. After searching for just the right cat for our family we realized that we had already found him, or rather....he found us. So in May of 2015 Henry moved in with us and that is right where he belongs. Henry loves to sit on laps and drools when he is happy. Henry is one of the best things that has happened to our family.
