Brothers, these two were rescued in New Mexico as tiny, sickly kittens where they were given shelter and the care that was needed to become stable enough to be transported to Durango. A foster family continued to nourish them until they were old enough to be available for adoption. I had lost my deaf, special needs cat of 18 years in November leaving me with a broken heart and an empty home. Yum Yum and Tiki arrived around Christmas and instantly infused pure joy with their bouncy, silly, energy. Forever bonded, I often find them curled up and purring.
