Pet's Story or Bio
Phoebe was found running in a field in rural Georgia. She had to be trapped to be rescued and NYC Second Chance Rescue took her in. She was fostered in Delmar and that is how I found her. She is living a life of luxury now with her two kitty brothers. She is the sweetest, cutest dog and she could not be more loved.
