Citra was a direct reflection of my own struggles - anxiety, hypervigilance, not knowing that relaxation is an option. Our training/decompression journey has taught me so much about patience and self-kindness. Also, her name is Citra and her favorite place to visit is Binny's, so she was destined to be put on a beer can.
