Kelso is a very brave and smart staffy/pittie mix! He was found on the streets of Chicago, taken in by animal control, and rescued by OTAT, where their on-staff vets at the Ellis clinic performed surgery to fix his eyelids. Kelso healed, learned new things, and has grown into the sweetest, goofiest, snuggliest, bravest, somewhat intelligent, and most loyal best friend I could EVER ask for. I love you, Kelso Bean.
