On August 30th 2023, I thought I was adopting a goofy, heartworm-positive muppet of a sidekick. Joke’s on me though because Birdie’s been the star of the show since day one. Ever since that day, she has made my life and the lives of everyone she encounters infinitely brighter. She is sweet, silly, strong-willed and down for anything. She's simply the best friend a girl could ask for.
