Rosie is one of a kind! She loves saying hi to people, meeting and playing with new dogs, and learning new tricks for treats. She was found as a stray, but has adapted so well to all the changes life has brought her. To top it off, she has the cutest underbite, which makes it look like she’s smiling :).
