Gnarls was the most popular boy in Waikiki. He was well loved by all, except skateboarders who he'd try to still their boards from. He loved the beach, skateboarding, body surfing, boogie boarding, taking car rides, going around the house on his yoga ball, and just being outside. He had quite a few wonderful aunties and uncles who would help babysit when I was working or traveling. The funniest thing he did was when someone would pull out their phone on the street while we were taking a walk, he'd immediately turn his butt to them. He has thousands of photos of himself with locals and tourists from the time he was a tiny puppy and throughtout his life. He lived to be 12-1/2 years old, and was very much loved. He passed away in November 2022 but will always fill my heart with joy, I miss him every day. This would be a fabulous way to memorialize him.
