About Your PetOtis is an adopted pup born with two special front paws. He doesn't let that stop him from hopping around on his hind legs or walking on his elbows to get where he wants to go! He is the happiest 8 year old dog and his favorite outings are to the beach where the sand is soft enough on his nubs for him to run and play fetch.
