The Pearl River County SPCA is a non- profit animal shelter located in rural South Mississippi. This is a 501(c) 3 tax exempt organization and donations are tax exempt. This organization is dedicated to the care and welfare of animals thought various programs and services to the community of Pearl River County as a whole. Our shelter strives to be the provider of animal related services to the community by:
- Eliminating pet overpopulation and animal abuse
- Operating healthy, safe and secure facilities
- Increasing live release rats by exploring adoption options in out area and working with national and regional rescue organizations to place pets in safe homes
- Offering innovative programs to meet community needs
- Offer services and resources to owners and pets in need.
