My Shelter In Place story
Cherie came to our foster home just 1-day old, at the start of the pandemic, with three teeny siblings and sweet mama Amélie. Second Chance, Raleigh NC, had just pulled them from the county shelter. Cherie was the smallest, but once mobile, quickly became the fearless team-leading adventurer. Sheltering in place, we all shared so much time together. Maybe too much!?... Though all found their forever homes rather quickly, it took two tries for vocal sister Paris (with brother Beau) who needed that purrfect family to help her get over the idea that all humans are home 24/7!
