My Shelter In Place story
Meet Reddford James! Rescued from Florida Little Dog Rescue in 2016 after being abandoned - you'd never know he hasn't been with us since puppy-hood! His silly personality shines every day and he keeps us laughing with his high-jumps! (seriously - for a small dog he can jump from behind the couch and land on the other side!). A dog with this much personality goes by several names (and he answers to all of them!) - some of Mom's favorites are: 'little fox', 'bubbie', 'little shadow' and 'nuggaroo' - but there are so many more!

Redd rules this roost, even more-so during quarantine! His favorite place is right next to his humans, so humans having to work from home is his ideal life-style!  Although these months have dragged on a bit - having Redd and his brother Pitcher (like the baseball position) has made it so much more bearable!

Although he's been diagnosed with a heart murmur and anxiety (that doesn't help mom's anxiety level!) he doesn't let that slow him down! Redd is always available for cuddles and kisses but when the zoomies kick in is when he provides the most distraction from the rest of the world! He's a hilarious and loving addition to our home and we can't imagine life without him!
