More Than a Calendar—A Year of Soul Dog Stories
This isn't just a calendar—it's a scrapbook of the animals, people, memories, and moments that make Soul Dog Rescue so special.
We're looking for photos that tell a story. Whether it's your adopted Soul Dog dog or cat, a foster who changed your life, a memorable clinic trip, a volunteer adventure, or a favorite Soul Dog event, we want to celebrate the incredible community that makes this work possible.
Photos can include:
- Your adopted Soul Dog dog or cat
- A current or former foster
- A favorite photo from an adoption event
- A memorable moment from a spay/neuter clinic or reservation trip
- Volunteer adventures and Soul Dog events
- Happy tails and adoption stories
- Creative holiday, seasonal, or month-themed photos of your pets or fosters—from Valentine's Day and summer adventures to Halloween costumes and holiday cheer
- Any photo that captures the spirit and mission of Soul Dog Rescue
Every vote is just $1, and every dollar raised helps support Soul Dog Rescue's lifesaving work, including rescue, medical care, transport, adoptions, and spay/neuter clinics in underserved communities.
Be sure to share your entry with family, friends, coworkers, and fellow animal lovers and encourage them to vote!
Prizes
1st Place:
Featured on the cover of the 2027 Soul Dog Rescue Calendar
AND as the featured photo for one calendar month.
2nd–12th Place:
Featured as the main photo for one of the remaining calendar months.
13th–24th Place:
Featured in larger supporting photos throughout the calendar.
The more votes your entry receives, the larger and more prominent your photo placement will be.
To make this calendar even more special, selected entries may also include a short story, adoption memory, foster experience, volunteer highlight, or rescue journey. We want this calendar to showcase not only beautiful photos, but the stories and people behind them.
Together, we'll create a keepsake that celebrates a year of second chances, hope, and the Soul Dog community.
Calendars will be available for purchase this fall, just in time for the holidays!

Reserve a special date to honor an adopted pet, foster, volunteer, clinic memory, beloved pet who has passed, gotcha day, birthday, or any meaningful Soul Dog moment.
📅 Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
💙 $50 donation per date
