Fizzle came to the Hancock County SPCA from Virginia. He was in a shelter there for 4 months due to poor health. I say it is a match made in heaven but it is really a match made by the Hancock County SPCA - we are perfect for each other. Fizzle is especially grateful to be living in Maine !
