Wiley came to me from Tennessee. He was 2 years old when I adopted him, and he has been the best dog friend EVER! He is very independent and loves being loved at the same time. He gets along with all humans, and most other dogs. Wiley doesn't need to be on a leash, except for traffic situations, and sometimes gets distracted but always comes back to find his person!
