I caption this photo “We smell turkey” as it was taken Thanksgiving morning. Abby is 6 months old and Avery 7 years. We adopted Avery in 2013 from GAHS. The first time Avery was at the shelter was as a puppy. The second time was as a two year old. His family surrendered him when they had a new baby. The day this picture was taken is very fitting as we are very thankful to have these dogs in our lives and family.
