Pet's Story:
Penny is a happy adventurous beagle who was just looking for a loving home 6 years ago after she was dropped off at an animal shelter. She is a joy to anyone she meets. She was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur, but wants to live life to the fullest and has decided that she wants to help other beagles get their second chance by raising money in the contest.
