How much does it cost to enter?
Each photo entry requires a $10 donation.
How many photos may I enter?
You can enter an unlimited number of photos, provided they feature beagles, beagle mixes, or adopted from TBBR.
Do I have to create an account to enter the contest?
Creating an account is mandatory for contest entry. Your account enables you to track your entries, reserved pet days, purchased calendars, vote balance, and voting history. You can also download donation receipts from the "My Accounts Page."
Does it cost any money to vote?
Each vote costs a $1 donation, with a minimum requirement of $5 for five votes.
Do I have to create an account to vote?
Account creation is optional for voting. However, creating an account it highly recommended as it allows you to bank votes for future use and download a consolidated donation receipt for the fiscal year.
How can I vote for multiple entries without checking out each time?
To vote for multiple entries without multiple checkouts, you'll need to create an account. Then, purchase votes in advance to store in your vote bank. These votes can be distributed as you see fit, with no minimum votes per entry but a minimum purchase of $5. Refer to How to Vote Section.
Can I vote by mail?
Mail-in votes must be received by 5 p.m. EDT on September 23, 2023, at the following address. Please clearly identify the dog's name to ensure the vote is correctly allocated. Make checks payable to Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue.

Who gets featured in the calendar?
The 13 dogs with the most votes will be featured in the 2024 TBBR Calendar. This includes one cover dog and 12 monthly features.
What are the photo requirements?
Photos must be high-resolution for printing. A camera with at least 8 megapixels is recommended. If you are taking photos with your phone, please be sure to capture your image at the highest setting in order to meet resolution criteria. iPhones 6 or newer are usually suitable.
What photo orientation is preferred?
Both vertical and horizontal photos are acceptable, although vertical is preferred. 'Pet of the Day' photos must be horizontal.
Does my pet have to be a beagle?
For contest entry, the pet must be a beagle, beagle mix, or adopted from TBBR. However, all dog breeds and companion animals are welcome for individual pet days.
Is TBBR adoption a requirement?
Any beagle or beagle mix can enter the contest, irrespective of their adoption origin. However, for all other breeds and companion pets, you can purchase pet days to participate.
My dog isn't a beagle mix but was adopted from TBBR. Can they enter the contest?
Yes! If they were adopted from TBBR, they can compete for one of the 13 calendar spots. Please mention in your entry that they are a TBBR alumnus.
