Pet's Story:
Buffy came to us after we lost our sweet senior rescue, Arya, in early March 2023. Buffy was a rescue too, but she must have been mistreated because when we got her, she was scared of everything. The slightest noise or someone yelling at the tv would send her into a panic. If I left the house, she would be inconsolable. Took some time, patience and reassurance, but after a few months, Buffy is now the socialite of the neighborhood - has several dogs and humans she likes to greet on her walks. Loves car rides, has been on a boat, visited a winery, has been a polite restaurant guest, and is shown here at Tampa International Airport waiting for my son, her hero, to return from a trip. Buffy, not a vampire slayer but she certainly has stolen our hearts!
