The Spayed Club in partnership with Carol Arscott Photography, is excited to announce the pet calendar for 2026. The Spayed Club will receive all proceeds from the sale of the calendar and photo contest.
Submit your favorite photo of your pet and ask your family and friends to vote for them.

Grand Prize:
- The 12 pets that receive the most votes will win the grand prize - a photo session with Carol Arscott Photography, with one photo chosen by the photographer and assigned to a month in the 2026 calendar.

Reserve a Special Spot In The Calendar For Your Pet:
- Honor your pet or celebrate a gotcha-day or birthday by reserving a date in the calendar.
- Choose a favorite photo, a month, and day.
- Each date will be filled on a first come, first served basis; don't delay!

Grand Prizes:
The 12 pets that receive the most votes will win the grand prize - a photo session with Carol Arscott Photography, with one photo chosen by the photographer and assigned to a month in the 2026 calendar.
The photo sessions for the winners will take place at Carol's studio at 49 W. Franklin St., Media, PA Sessions will take place between June 1st and July 31st 2025.
If a winner is unable to commit to a photo session during those times or is unable to travel to the studio, they will forfeit the prize and the next pet on the leaderboard will take that pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
The photographer, Carol Arscott Photography, and The Spayed Club will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar
Weekly Mini-Contest Prizes:
One pet each week who receives the highest number of new votes for that week will win a mini-contest prize. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible pets.
Entries:
- There is a $25 fee to enter a pet in the contest.
- People are not allowed in photos, only pets. Photos that do not follow these rules will be removed.
- All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos.
- The Submissions Period starts at 8:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, May 8, 2025 and ends at 8:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
- Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
- Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Carol Arscott Photography and The Spayed Club in their sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
- Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entries that receive the most votes. Each pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the calendar by the same pet will not be permitted.
- The contest is open to all pets.
Voting:
- Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
- All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
- Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of Go Go Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
- The Voting Period starts at 8:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, May 8, 2025 and ends at 8:30:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
Calendar Photo Session:
- The 12 pets with the most votes will win a professional photo session by Carol Arscott Photography for the 2026 calendar.
- The pet with the most votes will be on the cover of the calendar, in addition to being featured on the month of their choice.
- The winners' photo sessions will be at Carol's studio in Media, PA. Sessions will take place between June 1st 2025 and July 31st 2025.
- If a winner is unable to commit to a photo session during those times or is unable to travel to the studio, they will forfeit the prize and the next pet on the leaderboard will take that pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
- Carol Arscott Photography and The Spayed Club will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar
Weekly Mini-Contests:
- The pet receiving the highest number of new votes each week will win a prize over the course of the contest.
- Each pet may only win a weekly mini-contest once.
- In the event of a tie, a random computerized draw will be held to determine that week's winner.
- In the event that there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized draw will be held for all eligible pets.
- Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business. Carol Arscott Photography is not responsible for these restrictions and eligibility requirements as determined by each business.
The Fine Print:
- By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
- Calendars will be available to the general public starting on or about October 1st, 2025
- By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Spayed Club and Carol Arscott Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
