Higgy will be 3 years old in June, which is very special for us because his fur-dad had just gone back to work for the first time after a major life-altering spine surgery and heard his coworker talking about his WAAGR rescue pup delivering puppies the night before. We knew we wanted to take one home, and at 4 weeks fell in love with Higgins. It was his temporary name, but we loved it so we kept it. He loves to play fetch, but only ever with two balls at a time! His favorite toy is a giant stuffed capybara with a mini turtle on its back. He's 83 pounds of sweet and cuddly, and his morning routine involves a quick breakfast with mom and snuggles on the couch. He loves to run and chase and be chased, and he recalls to a musical whistle tone that sounds like "Hi-ggy!"
