Rules

Entries:

Each photo entry requires a $20 donation.
Limit of one dog per photo entry. Photos may not include people—only your dog. Entries that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win and are non-refundable.
Dogs must be living to be eligible for a calendar feature.
Dogs must have been adopted through WAAGR. Verification will be required (adoption contract, WAAGR dog ID, or submitted signed contract).
In memoriam and celebratory photo submissions are welcome for a $15 donation and will be featured in a designated calendar date box. Date selections are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
All photos must be submitted digitally; printed photos will not be accepted.
The submission period opens at 8:00 AM (Central Time) on Friday, May 1, 2026, and closes at 8:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday, June 1, 2026.
Entry fees are tax deductible. Your email confirmation will serve as your receipt.
WAAGR reserves the right to remove any photo deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, without refund.
Each dog may only be entered once. Multiple submissions of the same dog will not increase chances of winning—only one entry per dog will be accepted.
Winners will be determined by the top 12 entries receiving the most votes. Each dog may only win one spot in the calendar.

Voting:

Each $1 donation equals one (1) vote.
All voting donations are nonrefundable and must be made through the official online contest page.
Voting donations are tax deductible. Your email confirmation will serve as your receipt.
Winners will be determined through electronic vote tabulation managed by GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
Voting begins at 8:00 AM (Central Time) on Friday, May 1, 2026, and ends at 8:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday, June 1, 2026.

Calendar Photo Session:

The 12 dogs receiving the most votes will win a professional photo session with Unleashed With Love.
Sessions will be held within 30 minutes of Pewaukee, WI, at a mutually agreed-upon location prioritizing dog comfort and photography quality.
All sessions are scheduled for July 18, 2026, with a rain date of July 25, 2026.
Winners must be available on the scheduled date. Inability to attend will result in forfeiture of the spot, which will be awarded to the next highest vote recipient. No exceptions.
The top 12 vote recipients will be featured as Dogs of the Month.
Unleashed With Love will select the final image and determine the calendar month placement.
Winners will receive access to an online gallery after images are delivered to WAAGR, with the option to purchase additional photos or artwork.

The Fine Print:

By submitting a photo, you confirm that it is your original work and that you hold all rights to the image. You accept full responsibility for any copyright claims.
By entering, you grant WAAGR permission to use submitted photos for promotional, marketing, and fundraising purposes, including the calendar.
Calendars will be available for purchase beginning October 2026.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever and Unleashed With Love, along with their officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, and agents, from any claims arising from participation in the contest or use of any prize.
By participating in the contest, you consent to WAAGR and Unleashed With Love sending you emails. If you do not want to receive email messages, you may opt out.
