Rules

Contest Entry and Campaign Dates (2/2/26 6:00 a.m. - 3/16/26 9:00 p.m.)
Entry and Donation Fees are $25 per photo entry includes 10 free votes and $1 for each vote
Submission Guidelines: photos must be taken by pet owners, no professional or stock photography accepted
Your photo must be a high-resolution photo IN PORTRAIT ORIENTATION so that your photo is adequately sized for publication If your photo appears to be grainy, you will be notified.
All entries must be a Great Pyrenees or Great Pyrenees mix
Dogs do NOT have to be adopted from Appalachian Great Pyrenees Rescue (note: no more than 1 prize will be awarded to non-AGPR dogs)
You may enter multiple dogs, each receiving their own votes.
If you enter your dog more than once using different pictures, only one can be in the top 3 winning photos.
All rights to photos will be subject to the contest privacy and usage policies as seen on the privacy policy notification on this site.
All proceeds will go toward the care of the dogs at Appalachian Great Pyrenees Rescue.
A "Mead Launch" party is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Funktastic Meadery (located in the heart of Midlothian, VA just across from Chesterfield Town Center at 1212 Alverser Plaza).
