About Us
Cat Rescue & Adoption Network (CRAN) began in 2006 as West Coast Dog and Cat Rescue; we realigned our focus solely to the rescue, care, and placement of cats. CRAN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Since the beginning, we have rescued nearly 7,000 cats finding them wonderful, loving homes.

Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with, many animal rescue groups, and public and government animal service agencies to find the animals a permanent home through our
adoption process.
We provide all needed medical care, disease testing, and vaccinations to ensure successful adoption. As a no-kill program, we fully support and practice the philosophy of saving all adoptable and treatable animals.
We also are the only rescue group in Lane County to treat cats and kittens with ringworm.

Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. This can be for your pet's adoption anniversary, birthday, loved one's birthday, memorial, or
really, any special day! Your pet's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available.
