Welcome to the 2026 Polka Dogz Pet Rescue Calendar Contest. All proceeds from the calendar contest will go towards Polka Dogz expenses for dogs in our care. Anyone who has known the love of a rescued dog may submit their beloved dog's photo and story for entry to be featured on a month, or reserve a calendar day for your beloved dog. 


The 12 photos garnering the most online votes from their friends will be winners -- the top vote earner will be on the cover of the calendar and will be featured on a month. The remaining 11 will be featured one per month. Each entry will receive a calendar (shipping included).

Want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a calendar day to honor your pet. Your pet's photo and name will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo, then choose the day, and pay! First come first served — once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. Each day is $35 and includes a calendar (shipping included).
