Welcome to our 2017 photo calendar contest, PAWPRINTS ON THE HEART, for dogs, cats (and any other companion animal with paws!!).
The proceeds will benefit the many dogs we rescue from high-kill facilities and retrain for placement in wonderful homes as perfect best friends and partners for life!
Our calendar is 13 months, March 2017 - March 2018, and will debut and be available for purchase on Valentine's Day 2017 . . . the day of love . . . perfect for "Pawprints on the Heart."
We have made some significant changes to this year's contest:
- We are now including cats and kittens
- We are adding a panel of professional photographers to judge entries based on photographic merit because we wanted to make it meaningful to photographers as well as pet owners.
- We have really "beefed up" our prizes and will be spending the next few months locating additional sponsors so that we can add more prizes.
We invite amateur as well as professional photographers to submit their best photographs of their favorite dog(s) or cat(s) and immortalize them in a keepsake calendar.
