My Pet's Story
As a kitten, Lilly was a stray living outside at a friend’s apartment complex. She was the only kitten left and her momma had birthed another litter. My friend told me about her and a storm was coming so I went and got her. Once home, how was I going to tell my husband? As I stuttered that I had a kitten in the car, he got her out and it was pretty much love at first site. She’s not a snuggly kitty, but she gets along well with our pup and she does seek affection when SHE wants it. It’s been almost 4 years since she joined our family.
