A little about me...
Hello. My name is Hambone. Hammy for short. Or as my mother calls me, Lord Hammy, King of Angels, Light of the World. My beginnings remain a mystery but in 2013, I was a discarded hunting dog -captive at a shelter- when I was discovered by Last Hope Rescue. I soon came to be what you humans call "adopted" and have been overlord in my current home for almost a decade.

I've modeled my dictatorship after the feline model. Give them credit, they've perfected domestic life. I find the best way to maintain rule is to:

1) Disarm your subjects with cuteness. My favored tactic: sleep with your tongue peeking out.
2) Remain aloof and judgey, but sweet when it is time for meals or walkies.
3) Sleep a lot to avoid work.
4) Keep your servants on a strict schedule. Wake them at 5am with a firm walk on the face and demands for breakfast.

Though you may think these methods questionable, I assure you they've elevated my status to "favorite" and I've had a sublime reign. Thank you for you time and your votes. My fundraising goal will help the unfortunates who hopefully, one day, will also reign supreme over their own homes.
