Ruca was thrown away as a puppy, lived on trash in the trash room until she found her voice and someone called Animal Control. She was so grateful to be in a shelter with people and food and no one throwing bags of trash on her. We rescued her at nine months. Just before her 9th year, her mom got breast cancer and she was diagnosed with T - Cell lymphoma with help from Live Like Roo.

Ruca and her Mom are still here and are so grateful to the Roo team for all they do for families dealing with a cancer diagnosis for their animals. Any winner will truly deserve it, but thank you for voting for this little Queen to have a chance at her cover girl moment.
