Your Pet's Story or Bio
We rescued June Bug in September of 2022 from Wags and Walks Nashville. She had been part of an animal hoarding case in which she was living outside in squalor, uncared for, unloved, and overbred. We discovered her lymphoma in December of 2024 and we were devastated. She did not have a life before she was rescued and now she was facing a life-threatening illness only 2 years into finally finding a real home and real love. She is 10 weeks into her chemo and radiation treatment and she is doing exceptionally well. Much of that is due to the support of Live Like Roo and all of the caring people involved. We couldn't do this without them. Our hopes are high and June Bug continues to fight on.
