Torvi fought kidney cancer for a year and a half before passing away in August of 2024. This picture was taken after she was diagnosed. She had one kidney removed and surpassed her life expectancy. Torvi gave us a whole extra year before the cancer completely took over her body.

Torvi was 11 years old when she passed. She was a rescue from a breeder who decided he had enough of her and no longer wanted her. She lived a miserable, lonely, outdoor life before being rescued at the age of six.

I had the best five years with her. She was very goofy and clumsy. She loved to play fetch and eat treats. Torvi is missed beyond words. She is the definition of a fighter.
