Gather your favorite photos of your Mercedes vehicle and they could be featured in our 2024 Mercedes-Benz Calendar! Photo submissions will be accepted from
12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, May 26, 2023 thru 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, June 29, 2023. The entry fee is $20 per photo and there is no limit to the number of photos you may submit.
Please follow the submission guidelines on the
rules page closely to ensure your photos are eligible for selection in the voting contest.
A selection committee will determine the top photos to advance to the voting phase of the contest. The committee will do their best to select one photo per entrant for the voting contest.
All photos must meet the quality guidelines, listed on the rules page, to be considered. Please, no people in photos, but pets with your favorite Mercedes are welcome! Voting for the 2024 Mercedes-Benz Calendar Contest will run from
12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, July 1, 2023 thru 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 31, 2023. A secure dedicated website will be set up to manage the voting phase of the contest. Each vote in the photo contest costs $1. You are encouraged to promote your photo with your friends and family to solicit as many votes as possible by using the social media links below your photo.
Prizes
- Grand Prize Winner (photo with most votes at end of voting phase)
- Their car featured on the calendar cover,
- Their car with accompany story featured on a month within the calendar
- MBCA logo table with 2 matching logo chairs
- 1 Year MBCA Membership
- 1st Runner up (second most votes)
- Pick the month they would like their car featured
- 1 Year MBCA Membership
- 2nd Runner up (third most votes)
- Pick the month they would like their car featured
- The next 9 photos with the most votes will each have their car, with accompany story, featured on a month within the calendar
- All of the top 12 finalist will receive a free calendar!
- The remaining finalist photos will be featured as thumbnails of the cars throughout the calendar.
- We will do our best to include as many "non-finalist" photos in the calendar as possible, space permitting.
The 2024 Mercedes-Benz Calendars will be available for sale in the fall of 2023.
A portion of the net proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross for humanitarian aid.

Rules/Photo Submission Guidelines for the 2024 Mercedes-Benz Calendar Contest
Photo entries are accepted from
12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, May 26, 2023 through 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, June 29, 2023. A $20 entry fee is require
per photo entered into the contest. Your $20 fee will go to help defray the cost of the calendar printing and a portion will also be included in a donation to the
American Red Cross. No limit to the number of photos an individual can submit.
Photos must include the member's car but can include other cars as well (with permission of other car owners). The member's car must be a Mercedes-Benz.
Please, NO people in the submitted photos and professional photos CANNOT be accepted. If you have a pet you'd like to include in the photo we HIGHLY encourage that! Each entry should include a short bio/story of the car(s) and pet(if applicable). High quality photos are necessary! To ensure that your image is of the appropriate quality to be used in the calendar, please follow these guidelines:
- All photos submitted must be HORIZONTAL (landscape) in orientation.
- Set your camera to take photos at the highest resolution possible. Photos must be a minimum of 300 dpi and at least 2400 x 1800 pixels in order to be used for the monthly calendar page.
- When using smart phones or tablets, upload photos as original or actual size.
- You will be contacted if there are any issues with the photos you submit.
- Poor quality photos will be used as thumbnails in the calendar where possible, or not be used at all.
- No refunds for photos that cannot be used.
A few tips: You can use a digital camera or your smart phone to take the contest photo. Whichever you use, please make sure you're shooting at the highest quality setting. Make sure your car is in focus, that your photo is not over- or under-exposed (too light or too dark) and take more than one photo so you can select the best one. Your submitted photo's file size should be measured in MB (megabytes) rather than KB (kilobytes).
Finalist Photo Selection Process
- Upon review of the photos submitted, the selection committee will select about 45 photos to be included in the voting contest.
- We will do our best to select one photo per participant for the voting contest; however the photo must meet the quality guidelines listed in the photo submission section above to be considered.
- Photos chosen for the voting contest will be judged on composition, quality and emotional appeal.
- Each entrant will be notified that their submission has been selected.
- A link to the Contest Website will be provided to each entrant to make it easy for them to navigate to their entry and vote and more importantly to share the link with friends and family to get them to vote for their entry. We highly encourage all entrants to post and share links to the contest on social media. Entry pages will include easy links to popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc).
Voting Contest
- Voting for the 2024 Mercedes-Benz Calendar Contest will run 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, July 1, 2023 thru 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 31, 2023.
- Each vote in the photo contest will be $1.00. A portion of the net proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross.
- The Grand Prize winner is the photo with the most votes at the end of the voting phase.
- Prizes will also be awarded to the 1st and 2nd Runner Up as well as the next 9 photos with the highest number of votes.
- All other entries will be featured as thumbnails throughout the calendar.
- Each of the top 12 winners will be asked to write a short story about their car(s) to be featured in the calendar. You may use the story or bio you wrote when you submitted your photo.
- We will make every effort to use as many submitted photos in the calendar as possible, space permitting.
