Pet's Story or Bio
Zoey is a very gentle & special, one eyed rescue pup who has won many hearts. Born in Georgia into a hoarding situation, Ruff Dog Rescue stepped in. We’re unsure of what happened to her eye, but once the rescue grabbed her, it was abscess and needed to be removed. She was then transferred to PA and her owner, Mindy of 353 in Troy, drove 4.5 hours to adopt her. Zoey loves snuggling, walks, playing with all pups, car rides, hand shakes, howling, carrots, visiting local stores and employees, butt scratches, and being dried off after a bath.
