1/4 Page Yearbook Ad

Choose your NICU grad's Then & Now pictures and your NICU grad will be displayed on a 1/4 page ad in our 2026 NICU Grad Then & Now Yearbook. This allows you to celebrate your NICU grad's birthday month or NICU graduation month year round and give back, with 100% of proceeds directly supporting NICU families through Hand to Hold®, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit.


Yearbook images are not exact representations of our 2026 NICU Grad Then & Now Yearbook, but will be similar. If you have any questions, please email photocontest@handtohold.org.

Pictures should be in color and only feature the baby/child being entered into the contest. The only exception is for multiples (twins, triplets, etc.). Please do not enter pictures that have parents or other individuals.

This form is for reserving a 1/4 page ad and does not enter you into the donate-to-vote contest.
